Your assistance would be appreciated.
I have contacted & submitted tickets in regards to multiple charges to my husband's credit card on 12/19.
We called tech support (dec 22 2013) to be told we did not have a subscription.
On the 29th of December 2013 we purchased Avast Security for a special offered price.
We received the monthly Card statement & we were charged twice (total 32.63 x 2) for the service. both billed on the 19th of Dec.

We would like these refunded, have filed tickets.
