Title: cannot add email

hello
i have the latest version of avast free on my phone but when i go into settings and try to add an avast account by signing in with email (which i use for my laptop also),it says "SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE"

what should i do.any suggestions/advices would be appreciated
