There is an issue with the Avast Online Security Extension for Chrome (version 9.0.2013.75).
When trying to stream from twitch.tv, it forces the machine to constantly buffer and load. When the extension is removed or disabled, the video loads perfectly without any need for buffering.
I am running Avast Endpoint Protection Suite for Education (latest version), although this issue also occurs with Avast Free Antivirus (latest version). It seems to only be related to the Chrome Extension, though.
