Title: Computer not detected by AEA

I have successfully deployed EPP to a client computer through AEA (right click the computer under Computers without Agent and select deployment task) but the status of the computer was not updated under the Computer catalog session.

After checking the client itself, the program was successfully installed but with no AEA settings applied (like License info / Admin password). How can I check out if the communication between the client and AEA was fully established?

But other clients under the same AEA without problem.
