Title: error message after install

receive following error message -

ashpopwz.exe - unable to locate DLL

dynamic link library aswCmnOS.dll could not be found in the specified path.........

Search on computer failed to find file.  I received no error messages after several attempts to uninstall, redownload, reinstall, reboot.

ideas?

What is your operating system?
Are you installing the program to its default location or elsewhere?

operating system is windows 2000 professional.  I am accepting all installation defaults.
