Title: This message keeps popping up every time I open up a new webpage.(image)

What is happening? I dont know a whole lot about fixing something on a computer. Thats why I ask the avast community. I took a picture of what keeps popping up every time i open a new webpage. sometimes it does this like 10 times in a row when i open up just one new page.  What does this mean and how do i fix this? Thanks guys.

attach Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR logs ...... then malware experts will help you when they are online

Oh I forgot...do i have to PAY for anything in the process? Im looking for a free way to fix all of this.
