While manually setting up the avast! Mail module, I wondered, can it be tricked into be being used for my news client (Xnews) also? Or one of the other modules? This, as I encounter more and more unwanted stuff on the various news groups and servers I frequent. If not, maybe in the future?

Currently avast is not able to scan NNTP. Maybe in the future, you can add it to the [WISHLIST].
