Title: How come My Subscription says it has expired when I just renewed it

Why does it say my subscription has expired when I just bought in Jan for a year and now it's March. This has got to be an absolute joke. I paid it so what the hell is going. I want this fixed now I am paid up so get it sorted

Hi a few details would be nice...  Do you have the licence file that was sent to you by e-mail ?

Have you copied the avastlic attachment to your desktop

Have you double clicked the licence to insert it ?

I can think of 3 cases here:

1. Your avast! installation has somehow gone corrupt

2. Your PC time/date is incorrect

3. You could be using an outdated license file, to get your current one : http://www.avast.com/en-gb/resend-license-paid.php

Could you ensure that you have tried the resend license link and checked if your PC date/time is correct?
