Under Refunds and Cancellations it says;: "To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the request a refund option to submit your request."
I can't find any "request a refund option" on the order page or anywhere else. Where is it?

Look under "Avast Customer Service" then 'Complaints and Refunds'

You could also use the on-line contact form, http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles (http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles) and select sales as the department.
Give as much information as you can, that should be on the email receipt/purchase that you received when purchasing.

Thanks. It's silly though - there seem to be an option for almost anything there, like complaining if you haven't received your refund. But none for requesting a refund. ::)

Thanks - I have already send a request though, using the "A refund was granted by your support staff however I have not yet received my money back." option, if that doesn't work I'll try your suggestion...
