Title: Which? magazine finally votes Avast best free AV

Here in the UK we have a (deservedly) very influential consumer magazine called Which? but, for some strange reason, it's recommended MSE as the best free AV for years, and before that AVG. At last it now realizes just how good Avast is and votes it the best free AV. I don't know why it's taken them so long.

MSE was once rated number 1? I always heard that it was a lesser program.

It is lesser... not even worth talking about.  I think even Microsoft said to use something else

I too read recently that Microsoft suggests more protection than just MSE if you choose to use it.
