Title: Unidentified deductions from CR Card and Slow response from Avast

Hi, I sent an email to ccare@avast.com on 4 April explaining my situation with no response from Avast. On 8 April i initiated a Ticket on the same matter and got an email from avast Technical Support specialist, stating he will forward my request to the correct department that same day and they will be in touch soon. Its 11 April today and no answer yet.

Please try to resolve my issue as soon as you can.
