Title: Has anyone had EasyPass work correctly on the first install without intervention

EasyPass seems to be an unfinished product. Has anyone had this program install properly and run properly without having to mess around with it?

I would guess NO, I bought it, installed it and it wouldnt work, called the phone number and got connected the some sob in india who wanted to take control of my computer and also sell me a bunch of shit I didnt need. I filed a claim with paypal a month ago and still have no resolution. Pretty pissed about this all I want is my money back or at least a version that works.
