Title: online storage limitation?

hi, i've recently started using the android mobile backup (free version so far) and my pictures are not being completely backed up. the "images" section says
3986 (2GiB) found, 281 (267 MiB) done (9%)
why is that? i want them ALL backed up, that's the point.

Hi,
was there any error message during backup or in error log (icon top right corner - looks like sheet)?
Try to run backup again
