Title: Paid for, mail with validation instructions not received

I ordered Grimefighter! on 06/04, the 29.99€ were debited from my account 3 days later and I have still not received the mail for installation.
I've checked the mail address etc. I have never liked throwing money away and feel I have done just that!
Any ideas?

Where exactly did you ordered GrimeFighter and how did you pay?

Certainly NOT waiting around for a reply on a forum! In addition to that mention I assume 3days later urgently emailed Avast to see what happened!

You say dont like throwing away money but i find that hard to believe  as if you didn't contact Avast directly after 3 days, YOU HAVE!  :-\

Hi,

Please open a ticket with Support.  They will validate your email address and resend the activation instructions.

That should solve this issue, please post back to confirm if you are all set or not.
