Title: WN7 no started. SAFE MODE blocked

Hi everyone,

I can´t start my PC ANYWAY.
I tried SAFE MODE and it blocked in aswRvrt.sys point.
I tried run http://www.avast.com/en-no/uninstall-utility (http://www.avast.com/en-no/uninstall-utility), but no fixed.

Can you help me, please.
