Title: How to get rid of pop-up ads

Please see the screenshot below. I have already unchecked all community features, but ads still pop up. How to get rid of them?

That is not a ad.
It is a notification from GrimeFighter.
If you don't want GrimeFighter, remove it.
start > control panel > software > avast > add/remove > change > remove the checkmark in front of GrimeFighter.

Thanks for Eddy's instruction. But I still deem it an ad because it has a charge.
