Title: Bug: untick scan when writing files option does not stay unticked

Did a clean install of latest version free (uninstall old, safe mode run the cleaner)
Installed new.

All fine except I can not untick the scan when writing files option in the file shield. I untick it, then
next time i go that option, or reboot, it is ticked again. How can one disable scanning while writing?

do you click the OK button at lower right?

It doesn't matter if you do, it is a bug.
