Since this last update I have lost internet connection. My isp provider can't get me back online and microsoft is stumped (and I pay for that). Can anyone shed a light on what happened with this upgrade that I presume is the cause of this?

Thanks David. I'm just trying to solve a major problem. My software runs through the internet and without it I'm screwed. I need some help from avast.
