Title: Bart Cd wont boot

Hello, I created an iso image of the avast bard cd manager and burn it into a cd. the root of the cd has the 2 folders and 4 files, im trying to boot off this cd but is not working. Is this a bootable CD???? im trying to fix a windows 2000 professional computer that has a virus and will not boot ,not even in safe mode. I'm not sure if this cd can be used to boot

How exactly did you burn the cd?
