I accidentally purchased avast internet security twice, and I've heard that sending a ticket gets you nowhere so now i am posting on the forums.
i would like a refund for a product i accidentally purchased.
I apologize if this post is in the wrong section of the forums.

If you buy not directly from avast.com find email from reseller and write to him.
