Hi,
my Home version of Avast has just updated the program and now I'm getting Stop Errors on a blue screen
0x0000001E in ntoskrnl.exe
I know that it is Avast as, if I go in in Safe Mode and uninstall, the PC works fine.
I have a AMD XP2400+ processor, 1gig ram running Windows 2000 Professional.
Any suggestions?
I dont want to have to change my a/v provider if I can avoid it.. ???
thanks
Matt

There should be minidumps (corresponding to the bluescreens) in WinNT\Minidump folder. Could you please send them to vlk@avast.com for inspection? Thanks.

OK - I'm away for a few days after tomorrow, so I'll try to get to this tonight.
