Title: Filtering/blacklisting SPAM emails
Post by: REDACTED on July 22, 2014, 02:56:05 AM
We have just installed our new version of Avast Pro after an incredible hassle which I won't go into here, but it involved payment by bank transfer not credit card.  Our previous version had an excellent email filter which enabled us to click "Blacklist" and emails from that address never appeared in the in box again.  Can't find this, in fact can't find any email filter in this version.  We spend every morning deleting vast amounts of SPAM before we can start work. Is there actually a filter, have we purchased the wrong product or what is the story.  Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are using avast in a business environment.
If so, you should buy one of these products:

It isn't included in avast! Pro, you need AIS or Premier.
