Title: Internet Security Shutting Down IE

Just recently, since I moved, in the middle of an online session Avast will pop up and say it is changing from Public to Private Security or Vs/Vss.  When I click to close that box in disconnects my Internet Connection and I lose my page trying to re-hook up.  I am using a Verizon Wireless Internet device which plugs into a USB port.  It never did this at the other location but it is annoying!!  I have it set on Private as default in settings.
