Title: Logs of Real-Time Shield ... Oversimplified?
Post by: REDACTED on July 28, 2014, 11:51:58 AM
Hello,
The sound notification of somewhat about the Web Shield just popped up minutes ago.
I was in full screen so I didn't catch the detecting notification window.

I searched entire Avast, trying to find a log for it.
In statistics window, nothing beside a tiny red line, without any text on it.
Aren't these "logs" for real-time shield a bit... oversimplified?

PS. I have to go to C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\nshield.log for depth logs:

Code: [Select]
28.07.2014  16:31:46  Network Shield: blocked access to malicious site http://sa.symcd.com/ ([23.41.139.27]:80) [ C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe ( 3880 ) ]
28.07.2014  16:31:46  Network Shield: blocked access to malicious site http://sa.symcd.com/ ([23.41.139.27]:80) [ C:\Program Files
(x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe ( 3880 ) ]

Now I'm wondering if it's FP or any of my viewing sites may be malicious.  :-\

It was a FP and should be fixed now.
