Title: Chrome
Post by: REDACTED on July 31, 2014, 01:07:42 AM
Why does avast continue to alter my homepage and default search engine without asking?
it's never given me any notice and it's very irritating when it happens
also, your captcha is stupid and irritating as well

avast doesn't. It can happen if you run the browser clean-up, but that means you have give avast permission to do so. This has been explained many times already. Please use the search option before posting.

I agree about the Captcha - it took me 8 tries, and zooming my screen to 3x it's normal size to get one right. And I see I have to do it again just to post this.(2x)

As said by Pondus, it's only needed for your first 3 posts.
