Title: I can't reach my back up trough my.avast

This week I have smashed my phone lcd and it don't work anymore. I was looking on a way to restore my contacts, photos and everything else. So I got on my avast account then it was found I was able to send commands like lock or unlock. I have saved my back up again. Then today I got myself a new phone and then I've linked my new found on my avast account and when I've been looking for old phone back up it was not there, even the i337m phone doesn't appear. I know things are registered on google drive but it is written to go back to my.avast.Com to get my contact. So I really don'the know what to do. Can you help me please? I have also tried to put my Sim card in my old phone the phone make a siren sound and say that it is stolen and now there's no way to make it stop because I can't send any command.

A backup is for a certain system, that is different from what you are trying to do.
You are trying to import things on a new system.
