Does anyone know if and where the licence key is stored on my pc? I just upgraded to Avast internet security but I typed an invalid email address when I purchased the product and I never received the key. I have submitted a ticket to avast support to change my email to the correct one and resend the key but reading on the forum that the response times can be rather "slow" I was wondering if there was another way to get it locally as I want to install it on my other laptop.

yeah thanks eddy I did that and when I clicked on resend licence i got this response
Dear customer,
we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.
Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.
I think this is because when I filled in my purchase details I did not type out my email address correctly.
