Title: Scheduling Full System Scan - Ver. 2014.9.0.2021
Post by: Doc16743 on August 24, 2014, 09:53:10 PM
I must be missing something on scheduling a scan. The scan itself works fine, and at the time set in the schedule, but it only does a "Quick Scan", and not a "Full System Scan". There is nothing in the "Schedule" tab that allows for selection of the type of scan.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Open the scan settings and adjust it to what you need

Thanks for the reply!

That's what I did. Scan is set to Full System Scan, but every Saturday night when the schedule runs, it shows results for the Quick Scan.

Thanks!

You are sure that when you're on the scan tab before you click settings that the drop down is on "Full System scan", if it's not on that, you're scheduling it for the quick scan which is the first on the list.

I almost answered "yes" without checking, sure that I had set it correctly. Fortunately, I checked before I answered. Somehow, it must have been changed to "Quick Scan", because resetting it to "Full" and setting it to a close time caused it to initiate a full scan.

Mea Culpa, but glad to have it back to where it should be!!

Thanks again!!

You're welcome.

Make sure to remove the schedule scan from the quick scan or they both may run at the same time.
