Title: avast add-ons effect MSN homepage
Post by: REDACTED on August 29, 2014, 06:02:26 AM
I have a desktop computer and a laptop, they both run Windows XP Pro. I have Avast on them both and the problem is the same on both. If I turn off the Avast plug-in and restart my browser it is fine. Is this something that is normal?

Just go to add/remove and right click on avast and click change. After that uinstall the browser protection and restart your desktop and laptop computer and it will be all fine.

Also, just to add, there has been issues with AOS (Avast Online Security) Browser Plugin on some OS's and under inconsistent conditions, so lots of users have uninstalled. :)

A simple change in the settings to this add-on eliminates the problems and
still gives you some of the benefits of the avast! Online Security module:
