Title: Blocked apps

I cannot get tor.exe browser to run. Tor help advised me to allow tor.exe through my antivirus. I do not know how to do this. I do know that tor.exe is not blocked in window firewall but I see no way on the avast app to un block tor if it even is blocked. Any ideas? Thanks
