Title: Sedation Problem
Post by: REDACTED on September 07, 2014, 08:14:06 PM
Here it's the deal - when I try to start using Grimefighter, firts I am told my computer is been "sedated" but then it doesn't quite finish its sedation (the blue loading bar gets stuck right in the end) and Grimefighter finnally gives up and tells me to contact AVAST Support services. So here I am... If you could give me a hand, I'd really appreciate your help  ;D

OS=Operating System (xp, vista, win7, win8.1)
SP = Service Pack
 May not be the root of the issue however there is known issue with GrimeFighter use while connected to wifi.
Others may have further information for you. :)

GrimeFighter does work with wifi, but only on certain adapters.
It can be your adapter is not (yet) supported.
Connect with a cable and try again.

I have same issue, and I have cable connection.. I only ever got this program to work once, on purchase... this weekend I went to use it again for first time since purchase date... and after days of problem solving, I have not been able to get GF to rework a second time, I purchased back in April.
