For the last 24 hours I've been getting the following errors which have been making me unable to utilize my subscription
Error 102- the request body has been corrupted
Error 305- The requested service is not available
Is this a site wide issue, or just a problem with my account? Can we get this fixed please, or at least know what's going on??? If I'm paying for a premium license, I expect to be able to use it

Are you still experiencing this issue? We had a problem with one of our services that caused the unavailability of the system.

See if this is helping:
- Close your browser
- Delete ALL temporary files (you can use CCleaner for that)
- Flush the dns cache (start > run > ipconfig /flushdns)
