Title: Avast Premier Renewal FAIL

I've tried calling and submitting a ticket. I'm unable to renew my Avast Premier. I used all three credit cards and also tried paypal so I know it's not me. I've always been using the three PC package for years but now that my mother passed away, I only need a single. I clicked all the correct boxes and filled out all info it asked for but it keep coming up "Renewal Fail".
My time is running out in a few hours so I need an answer fast. If this expires then I'll have no choice to just go with the Mcafee that RoadRunner supplies to customers.

Hi, did you get a solution for this one ? I dont manage to renew my account for 1 year ... Thank you, Dirk
