I am at my wit's end! For almost a week now, I haven't been able to send or receive texts with any texting app I try! Here are the details...I have a Motorola Moto G. I have Go Sms Pro which has never screwed up before. I ran Clean Master like I always do. But this time, the only thing I did differently was that I deleted all the APK files that CM scanned. First, i only checked 1 app and deleted the APK files, then I opened that app to make sure it still worked, and everything was normal. So then, i checked all the other boxes to delete all of the other apps APK files. When everything was done, I went about my business... Made some calls, played some games, went on the internet... Everything worked fine. But then, somebody texted me. So I clicked on the notification to open the text, and my phone turned black for a couple of mins, froze up, and said Go Sms Pro is not responding, which has NEVER happened before! So I opened Go Sms manually and clicked on a text that way, and the same thing happened! So I tried restarting my phone, did all the updates, used all of the cleaning apps, restarted my phone in safe mode (if you try to text in Safe mode and it works, then that means there is a problem with the app), but that didn't work either! So I uninstalled Go SMS Pro and reinstalled it, and it still was doing the same thing as before. So I installed 4 different texting apps cause I figured there was an issue with Go SMS Pro, but lo and behold, every single one of them did the exact same thing! I tried emailing Go Sms Pro, Clean Master, & Motorola...they were no help. I had a live chat with someone from Motorola, but all they did was give me their customer service phone number. I called Boost Mobile, and all they could suggest was to update my profile (which I have already done) and to perform a factory reset! I have not been doing anything on my phone for 6 days now but try to get this fixed, and now I'm getting very upset! I'm fixing to just throw my phone against the wall! I have tried everything, except performing a hard reset which I really do not want to do! So can anybody please give me some advice that can actually fix this problem that doesn't include doing a factory reset or anything else that I've already tried? This forum is my last attempt before I just say screw it and perform a factory reset. Thank you so very much! :'(

Please change the color and size of the text so we can read it in a normal way.
And post in the correct forum, this is not the "mobile" forum.
