Title: SAFE ZONE not working

Have just installed avast pro all seems ok except the SAFE ZONE which will not start it opens but all I get is the message  "Whoa ! Safe Zone Browser has crashed Relaunch Now " I press OK but it just comes back again i have already uninstalled and reinstalled but its just the same, problem is I need it for banking. so can anyone help

Hi,

- OS?...32/64 Bit?...which SP?
- other security related software installed?

Have you tried an Avast Repair?

1. Control Panel > Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on Repair
3. Follow instructions
4. Reboot
