Title: Function does not work "Mark phone as Lost"

I lost my phone. On the call is not answered.

SIM card not changed. how to connect a device to the Internet?

In the commands writes: The command timed out. Possible reasons are:

Device has no internet connection.
Google communications to device is not possible.
Some wireless networks or firewalls do not allow Google communications (block of ports 5228, 5229 or 5230).

You can try to resend the command now. For further diagnostics, please open avast! on your phone and try to fix connection problems within the account settings page.

It sounds like the phone is turned off (battery empty?).
Nothing you can do about it except for keep on trying.
