Title: Grime Fighter not working on my pc.

Grime Fighter does not work on my pc. I was told that my pc had a virus and that was the reason why it didn't work. I ran a scan using Avast Pro, no bugs found. I would like a refund. >:(

Are you using Windows 8? It is not (yet) compatible.

Welp, I guess I got screwed. I bought it through the program, expecting it to work on my version, and now I find out it doesn't work for Windows 8. Fantastic.

Time for a refund, I guess!

IMHO.....This information needs to be made VISIBLE UP FRONT before taking your money, rather then simply putting  it in the "System Requirements" information
There are many topics in this Sub Forum dealing with Refunds and from all my reading this process can take a ridiculous amount of Time!
