Title: in Avast! Internet Security Secure DNS is always turned off

well I was bought Pro antivirus and switched to Internet Security. I saw a change in Pro antivirus Secure Dns would not be turned off but in internet security its turned off, Is this supposed to Happen? And if i turn it on and restart its turned off again. if this is a bug please fix it.
