Title: Any Avast/Zipgenius "conflicts" ?

 :) I am considering installing ZipGenius and read the following
    on their website : "If you set an antivirus software path in
    ZipGenius options, the program will prompt you to perform
    an AV scan before running the selected file" ; will this cause
    any problems having Avast Home Edition ? I have read thru
    the "Janus_75" thread started 5/15/05 and the "ZipGenius"
    thread started in Mar 05 .

No, not a problem.
You can set ZipGenius to use:
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe

Is this not mentioned on the ZipGenius web site or in the help file?

You may well have answered your own question, "If you set an antivirus software path in ZipGenius options"

 :) I installed ZipGenius a little earlier & found the "antivirus
     software path" under the "Safety>Antivirus" screen &
     put in your recommended "listing"; however, under this
     is "Additional parameters". Any recommendations as to
     which of the 4 possibilities should be selected ?

ashQuick.exe uses no parameters at all...  8)
