Title: Stop alerting me about BETA 7-zip...

Seriously, stop nagging about outdated 7-zip and then installing me 7-zip 9.22 BETA. BETA versions should NEVER be offered through Software Updater. I've complaiend about this ages ago and it still hasn't been fixed. The only reason why i'm not even using Software Updater and apparently i'll have to continue to do so.

Avast Software Updater doesn't give me new beta updates of the software I use i.e. WINRAR and etc.

Did you contact Avast Support and submitting a support ticket?

My guess is that if you have a beta version of 7zip installed (or possibly any other monitored program) and avast may well for those beta installations.

I'm using 7zip 9.22 beta on both XP and win7 systems and I'm not getting any update notifications from the software updater.

I was using 7zip 9.20 which is the final version and yet i was getting the warnings. I've never used any beta versions.

I also got the same message from avast to update to the beta.
