Title: Unable to add devices to my account

I have avast on 2 devices but my account says I don't have any devices.
When I try to add devices I select the type of device, Windows and the get taken to the 2015 download page.

This happens on BOTH devices one is a pc running Windows XP Home & the other a Laptop running Windows 8.1
Firefox browser used on both.

How do I actually ADD the devices to my account please?

Just test to add devices by install from "Secure another device" download and its work, the offline install cannot add device to my.avast

Hi Eddy, Thanks for the link. I don't see a the login link that is in the picture though. (Older version?) But I think I am logged in on my Windows machine. It says that I'm registered.
