Title: entering commands

Good day, for 3 days I have a problem with entering commands for sony xperia z phone from android 4.4 ...... if the phone is idle for about 5 minutes, you can not connect to the phone via both wifi and mobile data .. ..in the settings did not change before and it worked without a problem ..... which may be the cause of the problem?
