Title: grimefighter not run

when it starts to run grimefighter get a message saying, you can not run grimefighter on this computer that finds no installation of active windows or because their units are encrypted, and the option to go to the website does not work because it turns off the wi fi, you can do something or should I ask for a refund?
I can write in Spanish? I have windows 7

Connect with a cable and not wifi and it should work.
