Title: How to remove old license from SOA?
Post by: nerijus on November 05, 2014, 04:20:41 PM
Every time I login to SOA, it complains that my license has expired. After I press "I already have a license" link, Subscription window is opened, and here I see 2 licenses:
one valid until 2016.06 (count 116)
one valid until 2014.06 (count 101)

I think it complains about the expired 2014 June license. How do I remove it from SOA?

You should get a newer version of your license. When a product license expires, the Certificate line for it is removed from the license file.

You could get a newer version of your license from:
- Your reseller (if you have one)
- Avast Resend Purchased License Page - http://www.avast.com/en-gb/resend-license-paid.php

But I got a newer license and installed it on June 2014. Do you say I installed it wrong?

I don't mean buying a new license, I mean getting the most recent version of your license file where the expired product will be missing.

Thanks, got the new license file w/o the expired license and everything is OK now.
