Title: False "Win32:Passma [Wrm]" warnings

Hi guys, when i updated my virus defnition files today, avast suddenly showed up virus warnings on "firefox" and many other programmes which i am sure are not infected. I cannot open them. Some one help please ???

Read the advanced info there on Win32:Passma worm .  Do a full scan with the free A-squared scanner for it can detect and clean this as well. If this does not find it, you have double checked. You can download it here:http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/. What Firewall have you installed?

Can you post a few examples of the detected filenames?
