Title: If my device is stolen will I be able to see the Phone number ??

First of all, Avast is doing a perfect job in securing mobile devices. However, I was wondering if I can see the phone number of a thief after he inserts a new sim card (This was possible for my Samsung Galaxy Note) but I do not know if this is offer by Avast Anti-Theft.
