Title: Grime fighter removal

I purchased grime fighter when I renewed my subscription.  It plays havoc with my system and I want to remove it (as well as securing a refund).  I have yet to find a way to eliminate it.  Its been about 8 days (I noticed in a post that it takes 10+ days to get a response) since I have heard anything.  I tried to access my ticket but my log in is not accepted.  I changed my password ant it still does not work!.  I am beginning to think that Avast doesn't really care about its users.

Remove it from the installed components.
control panel > software > avast > change

Mention your ticket number here.
