Post by: Wufkat on November 01, 2003, 07:28:41 PM
Any plans to provide a plug-in for Poco Mail?

Hi Wufkat, welcome,

What kind of 'plug in' ?.

I've just quickly tried Avast with Poco Mail and it mail scanning appears to work as is... no problems.

Good luck,
Walker

Thank you for your quick reply.  I was thinking about the same type of plug-in that integrates with Microsoft Outlook, but if the standard POP 3 scanner works, I can't really ask for more.

Thank you again.  I am a recent convert to Avast after the latest edition of Symantec 2004 crashed my system.  Great product!

No problem Wufkat, I've always used Pegasus and never really worried too much if Avast 'auto configures'. The manual config setup is pretty good in the Avast help files.

Hope to see you back in the forums soon.... not with a problem of course  :) ;) <only joking> there a nice bunch and will always help.

See ya,

Walker.

How I am happy to see another convertion!  ;D
After suffering a lot with Symantec I reach the paradise here...  ;)

Btw, did you format your HDD after installing NAV2004? In the near past, ever desinstallation of Norton mess the Windows Registry and the system...  :'(

Wellcome to avast!  ;)
