The chip to change my device was blocked by antitheft, but to try to unlock my PIN code with the phone has not already made the exchange several times by my account in avast and useless, I tried already send my temporary IP for the configured number First as a friend and nothing happens, help me what should I do to correct this?

Bom dia.
Ao trocar de chip meu aparelho foi bloqueado pelo antitheft , mas ao tenta o desbloqueio com meu codigo PIN o celular não aceita ja fiz a troca varias vezes pela minha conta no avast e de nada adianta, ja tentei envia meu PI temporário para o numero configurado como Primeiro amigo e nada acontece, me ajude oque devo fazer para solucionar este problema ?
