I am also experiencing GrimeFighter getting stuck in bios' boot-screen :o. As I have complete faith in Avast!--the software has saved me from multiple attacks ;D--I'm sure that this know issue will be fixed and GrimeFighter will be an excellent product. Davidek, you have mentioned in a post that refunds are being issued to customers having this problem and we should post our ticket number so you can help:
Ticket # PZJ-210-38468

I'm curious if my GrimeFighter license will be invalid if I accept a refund?

Hi 3rdnuit,

Your ticket has been sent to our refund team to be expedited.  I will let you know how it proceeds but the refund should be issued today or tomorrow if it hasn't already been done.

As far as GrimeFighter license, it will be invalid if you take the refund.  Very sorry about the technical issue you are facing.
